The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 272, 273, 308 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act.

The police has recovered two liters of country made liquor. Petitioner is in custody since 5.5.2016. Looking to the quantity of liquor and period of custody, let petitioner, Bijul Chaudhari, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Awatarnagar P.S. Case No.80 of 2016.
