The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 105/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/149/341/323/307/304 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been made accused only because they protest against the illegal acts of the other side who are liquor traders.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 105/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
