2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80, 238, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that daughter of the informant was married to co-accused Dhyan Mahto in the year 2024. Thereafter, it is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner killed the daughter of informant due by pressing her neck due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is elder sister-in-law of the deceased and she has got no concern with family affairs of the couple. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and allegation against petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20252 of 2025(2) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 general and omnibus. She is merely victim of over implication. Moreover, thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who has already been granted regular bail by coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 19.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3290 of 2025. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering nature of accusation and the fact that husband of deceased has already been granted bail, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in connection with Kunwari P. S. Case No. 57 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
