The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner got employed as Anganwari Sevika on the basis of forged educational certificate.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner received altogether Rs.24,000/- from April, 2013 to November, 2013 and for recovery of the same appropriate order has been passed. Now the petitioner has been disengaged.

No.38212 of 2015 (2) dt.18-09-2015 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioner being a lady having no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 66 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
