JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the First Information Report but in course of investigation, some witnesses claim to have seen the petitioner near the house of the informant. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Dehri P.S. Case No. 413 of 2015.
