The petitioners seek bail in Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 129/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 401, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that as per seizure-list, the alleged tractor without registration number has been recovered from the Darwaja of Sanjay Yadav. Petitioner no. 1 is said to be son-in-law of co-accused Sanjay Yadav and petitioner no. 2 is friend of Petitioner no. 1. They were apprehended by the police because they were present at the house of co-accused Sanjay Yadav, but Sanjay Yadav was not available in the house. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56506 of 2018 (2) dt.04-10-2018 2/2 antecedent. They are in custody since 23.05.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. XIth, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 129/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioners.
