2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. Case No. 2 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 303(2), 317(2), 317(4), 317(5), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is involved in a motorcycle theft.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 12.01.2025 and claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saran at Chapra/concerned Court below in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. Case No. 2 of 2025 subject to condition that:- (i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Sahajitpur Police Station on the first & third Sunday of each month.
Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
(ii). Bailors should be close blood relatives of the petitioner.
(iii). Before accepting the bailbonds of the petitioner, the court below will verify the antecedent of the petitioner. If the petitioner is found having clean antecedent, the bail-bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted. If the petitioner is found having criminal antecedent(s), his bail-bonds shall not be accepted by the court below.
