The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the petition.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he assaulted with 'dabiya' on the head of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury has been found to be simple in nature and earlier the daughter of the petitioner namely Usha Kumari was killed by the younger brother of the informant wherein the informant's side has been convicted. There is counter version of the occurrence also.

Considering the accusation levelled in the background of litigated relationship between the parties and the petitioner being a lady having no criminal antecedent, a statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition, let her be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No.287 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
