ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2016 Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 366(A) and 376 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that the alleged victim stated that the Petitioner had raped her, I am not inclined to grant him bail in connection with Nagarnausa P.S. Case No. 58 of 2016 pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda. The prayer for bail is rejected.

The Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda, is directed to immediately commit the case to the Court of Sessions after which the Trial Court shall frame charges and conclude the trial immediately.
