Petitioner seeks bail in Case No.C2/371 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per the prosecution case, 72 litres of Nepali Saufi liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedents. He is custody since 15.07.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
