1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 452, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the present case and is in custody since 02.04.2019. It is further submitted that similarly situated coaccused, Puro Das has been granted the privilege of regular bail by an order dated 20.04.2022 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 68011 of 2021 on merits.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2019, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 75 of 2019.

6. Accordingly, the present bail application stands allowed.
