Petitioner is an accused in connection with Supaul (Laukha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 527 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections25 (1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that charge has already been framed in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul (Laukha O.P.) P.S.
