The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 79/2011, registered for the offences punishable under Section 406, 420, 467, 468 and 120 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant filed complaint petition alleging therein that he deposited Rs. 10,000/- in OCPL Company on the persuasion of Varun Kumar Singh arrayed as accused no. 1, but he did not receive any paper with regard to deposit of money. It is submitted that on the aforesaid complaint the present FIR is lodged. The petitioner is of course arrayed as an

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35411 of 2015 (3) dt.03-11-2015 2/2 accused being one of the Directors of the Company, but no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. Surendra Mishra the husband of the petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 03.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16064/2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 79/2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
