JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Special Excise No. 3041/2022, arising out of Dhankund P.S. Case No. 135/2022, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 28.12.2022. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for

Case No. 135/2022.
