Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was apprehended while he was fleeing after committed theft of mobile and Rs.200/- from a rickshaw puller. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2018. Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection
