JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-05-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 165 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of assault to the informant and others causing injury.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is dispute with respect to the drainage and there is case and counter case between the parties and injuries are simple in nature, which will appear from Annexure-2 series. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Arwal, in connection with Karpi P.S.
