Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gamharia PS Case No. 07 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Section 21(c) of NDPS Act and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR and taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has criminal antecedents of four cases, the court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as the case is registered under the NDPS Act also.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
