That this is an application praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction for quashing the office order of the District Collectorate issued under the hand of the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra as contained in Memo No. 362 dated 26.2.2014 whereby and whereunder the learned Collector has been pleased to dismiss the

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 26.2.2014, passed by the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate appeal is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the same on merits and dispose off the same, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter. 4.
