JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after four years of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim used to take some herbal medicine, due to reaction of the same she died and the dead body was cremated at the usual place of cremation.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34327 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Begusarai Mufassil P.S. Case No. 273 of 2013 pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Begusarai.
