Vide order dated 09.11.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No.69320/2023, the bail application of the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below and the learned Court below shall pass the order on the same day but the petitioner has not surrender before the Court below within the stipulated period. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the bail application.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28452 of 2024(2) dt.21-06-2024 3/3 and seek for regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass the order on the same day in accordance with law considering that the injury report has not supported the prosecution case and there is no specific overt act against the petitioner.
