The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 307, 341, 323, 325, 379, 324 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code As per the prosecution case, it is stated that the two accused persons including the petitioner herein are said to have brutally assaulted the informant causing grievous injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case for reason of land dispute which is evident from the FIR itself. The petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2021 and charge sheet has been submitted in the case. He has no criminal antecedent. Coaccused Ashu Kumar has been enlarged on bail vide order dated

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioner in the FIR, grant of bail to co-accused Ashu Kumar, petitioner having remained in custody for more than a year since 28.11.2021 and charge sheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bikram P.S. Case no. 279 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-VI, Danapur, District-Patna.
