The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Trial No.176 of 2015/14 of 2019 arising out of Goh P.S.Case No.137 of 2014 pending in the Court of ADJ-X, Aurangabad registered for an offence under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the IPC.

As per complaint case, the petitioner along with other accused persons were torturing to the complaint's daughter due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry and thereafter the complainant's daughter died.

Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.07.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.29530 of 2018 and it appears

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30179 of 2019(5) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 that in the trial three witnesses have already been examined and they have identified this petitioner.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
