2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 277 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 21(C) of the NDPS Act.

3. There is recovery of 700 pieces of 100 ml viscodyne cough syrup from the petitioner who is in jail since 21.11.2024. The petitioner claims to have clean antecedent.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (NDPS Act) Khagaria/ concerned court in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 277 of 2024.

5. At the time of furnishing bail bonds, the court

In case, some case are found against him, his bail bonds shall not be accepted. During the pendency of this case, the petitioner will mark his attendance in Chautham police station on every Sunday.
