JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-07-2016 Heard Sri Radha Mohan Singh, learned counsel , who was assisted by Sri Ramesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Jitendra Kumar Singh, learned A.P.P. The sole petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 16 of 2015 registered for the offence under section 307/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that F.I.R. was lodged against unknown and only on suspicion petitioner has been taken into custody, whereas learned A.P.P. by way of referring to paragraph no. 3 of the petition submits that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26796 of 2016 (2) dt.12-07-2016 2/2 petitioner is history -sheeter and accused in number of cases. Keeping in view the antecedent of the petitioner , I am not inclined to grant bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
