JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-04-2019 The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 17.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 79920 of 2018, in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 796 of 2016, with a direction to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of passing of the order and furnishing bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has approached this Court through the present petition seeking extension of time for surrendering before the Court below.

3. For the reasons stated in the application for the extension of time for surrendering before the Court below, the prayer is allowed.
4. The order dated 17.01.2019 is modified to the extent that if the petitioner above named surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, he shall be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 796 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
5. With the aforesaid modification in the order dated 17.01.2019, the application stands allowed. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) Praveen-II/- U T
