The petitioners are in custody in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 255 of 2019 registered for the offences under Section 304B/34 IPC.

On consideration of the materials available on the record, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. The prayer is rejected.

However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. In the event the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period and if there is no any
