JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2019 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 14.02.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 3234 of 2019 stating that due to mistake on the part of the petitioner, the name of father of petitioner has wrongly been mentioned in the petition as Late Kafil and due to which, the same has also been recorded in the order dated 14.02.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 3234 of 2019, whereas, the correct name of father of petitioner is Md. Rayees, which is evident from the F.I.R. also. Having considered the submission as well as averments made in modification application, order dated 14.02.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 3234 of 2019 is modified to the extent that let the name of father of petitioner be read as Md. Rayees in place of Late Kafil.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22792 of 2019(2) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 Accordingly, the modification application stands allowed. Further four weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below.
