2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections-147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegedly, on the date of occurrence, the accused persons including the petitioner entered the house of the informant and inflicted farsa blow on the head of the informant. The petitioner along with co-accused Lagan Yadav is alleged to have assaulted Jiyalal Yadav with spear due to which, he sustained injury.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the specific allegation against the petitioner is to giving

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21850 of 2024(3) dt.01-07-2024 2/2 spear blow to Jiyalal Yadav, as a result of which, Jiyalal Yadav suffered one simple injury caused by hard and blunt substance. The petitioner is in custody since 18-01-2024.

5. On the otherhand, learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Palanwa P.S. Case No. 232 of 2023 with condition that the petitioner will cooperate with the trial and he himself will make available as and when required by the trial court.
