The petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 21.06.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 323, 341, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Basic accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

The petitioner admits his marriage with the informant and is still ready to keep the informant as wife with full dignity and honour. A statement to that effect has been made in paragraph no.12 of the petition, which reads as under :-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33424 of 2016 (2) dt.10-08-2016 2/2 "That petitioner is ready to keep the O.P. no.2 as his wife with full love and affection."

Considering the nature of accusation and the present stand of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Sheohar, in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No.84/2016.
