This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149,, 153A, 379, 384 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is that the petitioner and Satyendra Yadav took liquor in a truck and thereafter asked the auto rickshaw driver, Md. Sonu, to take them to Khusrupur. On refusal to take them they abused the driver and robbed the potato and grocery from the shop of the informant. The accused person also took away cash amounting to Rs.7,200/- and a mobile phone from the shop of the informant.

Submission of the petitioner is that the allegation is general and omni bus and none received any injury and the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with
