Case No. 125 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 21.06.2018. He has no criminal antecedent. He is not named in the written report.

It is alleged in the written report that informant received message on his Mobile phone for demand of Rangdari. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Mobile number which has been mentioned in the written report, from which the message has been sent, does not belong to the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59559 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIIIth, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Aurai P.S.
