The petitioner, who is in custody since 7.4.2016 in Bakhri P.S. Case No. 71 of 2016 registered for the offence under section 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47(A) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act 2016, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been apprehended on an allegation of recovery of about 10 liters mahua liquor from the house of the petitioner.
