The petitioner is in custody in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 369 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant case was registered against unknown. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 5.9.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody nearly seven months i.e. since 5.9.2018, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
