The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chandi P.S.Case No.511 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 354(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The F.I.R. has been lodged after three days of the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on
