19-08-2016 Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anand Kishore Choudhary, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 12-06-2016 in Banka P.S. Case No. 505 of 2016 registered for offence under Sections 406 & 420 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, by way of referring to F.I.R., submits that it was a business dispute. He further submits that from the F.I.R. itself, it is evident that from time-to-time, the petitioner had made payment, however; on allegation of nonpayment of huge amount, the present F.I.R. has been lodged. In view of nature of accusation and period of custody,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32318 of 2016 (2) dt.19-08-2016 2/2 let the petitioner namely Munna Mandal be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 505 of 2016.
