The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 751 of 2016 registered under Sections 420 and 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that initially, a complaint was filed by the informant, thereafter, the present case was lodged, in which she alleged that petitioners and co-accused badly assaulted the informant, but there is no injury upon the informant. Moreover, there is specific allegation against the co-accused Neeraj Kumar Gupta, who developed illicit relation with the informant.
