The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 10 of 2020 dated 11.01.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324, 427, 435 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18544 of 2020(2) dt.10-07-2020 2/2 that a bare reading of the First Information Report would reveal that the specific act of assault has been attributed to the Ramchandra Marik and Yogendra Marik. The petitioners are only members of the mob. There is a counter version of the occurrence also. It appears that there is land dispute between the parties and the parties are agnates. Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate -1st Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 10 of 2020, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
