Present case was lodged against unknown persons for the offence punishable under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner was arrested in course of investigation and it is alleged that firearm as well as motorcycle which is said to have been used in committing the present crime were recovered from the possession of the petitioner but first information report of the present case does not disclose the number of the vehicle which is said to have been used in committing the present crime.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that father of the petitioner was murdered by some unknown person and the petitioner has been roped not only in this case but also in some other case by enemy of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as

No.30097 of 2016 (4) dt.17-10-2016 submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar District Aurangabad in Daudnagar P.S. Case no. 181/2015.
