Mr.Pancha Nand Pandit ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Samho P.S. Case No. 17/18 for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 342, 323, 325, 308, 354, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been granted police bail under section 41(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that the matter is well covered by decision of this Court in the case of Mahendra Prasad Singh Vs. State of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19700 of 2019(3) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 Bihar, report in 2004(3) P.L.J.R., 491.

In view of the above, it is directed that petitioners may surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today. In case petitioners surrender and file an application for bail, the concerned Court will pass an order in the similar manner as has been decided in the case of Mahendra Prasad Singh (Supra).

The application stands disposed of with the above observations/directions.
