The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No.153 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 332 and 431 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
