The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 339/2011, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420, 406 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant an agent of OCPL Company alleged that he deposited money in OCPL, but after some time the office was closed.

It is submitted that the petitioner is one of the Directors of the company. There is no allegation that the petitioner took money from the informant or any other customers. Many cases

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35912 of 2015 (7) dt.27-11-2015 2/2 have been lodged and petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 16064/15, Cr. Misc. No. 11197/15, Cr. Misc. No. 18970/15 and in Cr. Misc. No. 8194/15. The content of the complaint petitions are same and similar. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 339/2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
