1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the present writ application is being filed in the nature of certiorari for challenging the order dated 17.2.2024 passed by the District Programme Officer, I.C.D.S. Samastipur in Case No.

115, 138/2018 whereby and whereunder the service of the petitioner from the Post of Aaganwari Sewika was terminated and the C.D.P.O was directed to pass an order and issued appointment letter in

Patna High Court CWJC No.4842 of 2024(2) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 favour of Respondent No.6 in terms of order dated 11.3.2023 contained in Memo No. 921 issued under the signature of District Magistrate, Samastipur in Aanganwari Appeal Case No.

584/2019 and 548/2019 respectively."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
