JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 435 (C ) of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that vide order dated 28.01.2017 the matter was referred to the Mediation Center. In the mediation, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties on certain terms. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in light of the agreement arrived in the mediation, petitioner has made payment of rupees one lakh to the complainant. Photocopy of the cheuqes and receiving have been annexed as Annexure-B to the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner.

No.3411 of 2017(9) dt.27-11-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Complaint Case No. 435 (C ) of 2015 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
