Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conferencing.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 29.11.2019 in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 420 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it is said that stolen motorcycle was recovered from possession of the petitioner. However, learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that three motorcycles, including the motorcycle of the petitioner were seized by police from possessions of three

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur/ concerned court in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 420/2019.
