This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 315 of 2021 arising out of Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 228 of 2020 registered under section 302/34 of Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is said to be assailant of the deceased. He is in custody since 15.08.2020. Till now six witnesses have been examined and the trial is proceeding. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since 03.08.2022 no witness have been examined.

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
