20-09-2018 Heard Sri Anil Kumar Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Nirmala Kumari, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.
The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 629 of 2017 registered for offence under Sections 379, 420 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail in the event of his arrest or surrender. By way of referring to F.I.R., it was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the F.I.R., it was alleged, as if, the petitioner from the examination hall had taken away the carbon copy of OMR sheet.
Considering the nature of accusation, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the petitioner namely Chhathu Ram be enlarged on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58713 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 629 of 2017, G.R. No. 3162 of 2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
