2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to move before the State Appellate Authority within a period of four weeks.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate petition before the State Appellate Authority and in case, such a

Patna High Court CWJC No.6917 of 2024(2) dt.20-03-2025 2/2 petition is filed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, the concerned Appellate Authority shall decide the case of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. The State Appellate Authority is also directed to condone the delay, if any, in filing of the appeal keeping in view that the writ application was pending before this Court.
