JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of the victim girl, recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., does not reveal that she was kidnapped by anyone; rather she had voluntarily gone with the petitioner. Considering the statement of the victim, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like
