JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 341, 323, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 27 of Arms Act.

Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court on several times. By order dated 06.08.2021, a report about the stage of trial was called for from the trial court which reveals that out of 15 witnesses nine witnesses, including the doctor and I.O. have already been examined and only six witnesses are remained to be examined.

Considering the facts of the case, nature of accusation against this petitioner and the progress of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
