Considering the fact that in the order, dated 09.07.2015, the expression "Officer-in-Charge, Arwal Police Station, Jehanabad", and the expression "Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad", ought to have been recorded as "Officerin-Charge, Arwal Police Station, Arwal" and "Superintendent of Police, Arwal", respectively, it is hereby, in the interest of justice, directed and clarified that the expression "Officer-inCharge, Arwal Police Station, Jehanabad"

and "Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad", appearing in the order, dated 09.07.2015, aforementioned shall stand corrected, and be henceforth read, as "Officer-in-Charge,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43219 of 2014 (7) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 Arwal Police Station, Arwal" and "Superintendent of Police, Arwal" respectively.

It is further directed that in terms of the above, the period of appearance of the petitioner before the Officerin-Charge, Arwal Police Station, is hereby extended by two weeks with effect from today.
